In case you were (like me) wondering what a librocubicularist was…… well, now you know. 😉
Seriously though, I do wonder how many of you were as surprised as I was to know that such a word even existed. And now, I am left wondering if there are also words to describe ….. ie: a person who reads in the bathtub; or a person who reads in the toilet; or maybe even, a person who reads while standing in line for something?
Any idea, anyone?? 🙂
Certainly not a word I’ve come across before. I used to be an avid librocubicularist but these days I find I fall asleep before I’ve got through even half a dozen pages. As to reading in the bath – my local library really prefers it when I don’t do that!

Yes, I am finding it very hard to be much of a librocubicularist these days too. As for reading in the bath, I think your local library and I both share the same sentiments. 🙂

Why, yes I am. And I’m also all those other things you mentioned!

In that case, maybe we could bestow you the honour of coming up with some appropriate terms for each of those ‘other things’ as well? 😉

I just hope that the person above doesn’t really read “in the toilet” but on it!!! 😉😩. Will let you know if I find out the answer.
